If a step, fee, price or date on this site looks wrong, tell us. We check it against the provider’s own pages.
What to include
- The page address and the line that looks wrong.
- What you found instead, and a link to the provider page that shows it.
- Your plan and how you are billed, if it matters (directly, or through Apple, Google or a carrier).
What we do
- We check the report against the provider’s official pages.
- If an instruction is known to be wrong, we hide it or flag it on the page until it is fixed.
- Fixes are dated and listed in the changelog.
Providers
If you represent a provider and a page misdescribes your policy, use the same address. We will check it against your published pages.
