What to write about
- A step, fee, price, or date that looks wrong. Name the page and link the provider page that shows what you found. The corrections page lists the same kind of report.
- Which plan you have, and whether the charge comes from the company, from Apple, from Google, or from a phone carrier.
- A note from a provider that an entry misdescribes a published page, with the URL of that page.
We read the provider’s public pages and update the entry when a report checks out. We do not sign in to your accounts, and we do not cancel a subscription for you.
