Online
- If you subscribed directly through Canva: select your account profile on the homepage, then Settings.
- Go to Billing and, on your plan, select Cancel plan, then Continue cancellation.
- Choose a reason and finish. A confirmation email follows.
App
- For mobile subscriptions, cancel through your device's app store (Google Play or the App Store).
