- Log in at Crunchyroll.com in a web browser and select your profile.
- Click your profile picture, then Settings, then Membership Info, then Cancel Subscription.
- Click No thanks, Finish Cancellation. You can share feedback or skip.
App
- Only if you signed up through the Crunchyroll app (Apple or Google): in the app, go to Membership, then Manage.
- Swipe to your current membership tier, tap Cancel Subscription, then Continue with Cancellation.
The page says that if you did not subscribe through the app, you will not see a cancel option there.
