Online
- Open User Settings (the cogwheel next to your username) in the desktop app or browser.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Select Cancel on the Nitro or Nitro Basic banner and follow the prompts.
App
- On mobile, tap your avatar, then the cogwheel.
- Go to Billing Settings and tap Manage Nitro.
- Cancel Nitro or Nitro Basic and follow the on-screen prompts until the cancellation is confirmed.
