- Log on to your Factor account.
- Click your name in the upper right, then Account Settings.
- On the Meal settings page, scroll down and click End Meal Subscription under Status.
- Follow the prompts until Factor confirms the account is cancelled.
The terms also say you can cancel through Customer Care at factor75.com/contact, and they print an email address for that request. The terms limit orders to the contiguous United States and exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
