- Tap or click Cancel.
- Under Cancel, tap or click Finish Cancellation.
- A confirmation email is sent to the account email.
App
- In the app, use a web or mobile browser to reach Account — the article says signing out or deleting the app does not cancel.
App cannot be the only route; cancellation happens on the account page.
