- Sign in to the Noom Subscription Portal.
- On the main page, click Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen steps.
App
- Open the Noom app and tap your profile picture at the top left.
- Tap Settings, then Manage Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to cancel.
The page says uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
