- Sign in to your Norton account.
- On My Account, open the My Subscriptions tab and find the subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal.
- Next to Plan Renewal, click Unsubscribe, select a reason, and click Next.
- If you still want to cancel, click No thanks, cancel my subscription, then Next.
The page says Norton may show offers before the final cancel control. It also says the change can take up to 24 hours to show in the account.
