- Sign in to Account Management.
- Select Subscription from the menu on the left.
- Select Cancel Subscription next to PlayStation Plus.
App
- On a PS5, go to Settings, then Users and Accounts, then Account, then Payment and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then PlayStation Plus.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- On a PS4, go to PlayStation Plus, then Manage Membership, then Subscription, and select Cancel Subscription.
